A Few Examples
Here are some simple search examples. Simply copy and paste the search phrase, formatted in italics, into the Advanced Search textbox.
Properties within a price range
more than $100000 and less than $300000

Hopefully the example searches above have given you a good enough background to get started using the Advanced Search. As you can see,
the Advanced Search uses a simple, logic based, English-style query syntax, a syntax we call clipLanguage. Using clipLanguage, you
have the ability to write highly complex queries with just a few simple search terms, allowing you to slice the extensive data
in the clipREAL database any way that you want.
